Auction Terms & Conditions AFTER THE AUCTION: Winning items will be available to pick up from the Maryland Estate Treasures warehouse at 7664 Airpark Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland, starting Tuesday, February 9, 2021, through Saturday, February 13, 2021, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Winning bidders will receive appointment information following the auction. SHIPPING: All shipping with incur a handling fee. Montgomery County Coin Club (MCCC) members will be charged a $2.95 handling fee in addition to the actual postage. Non-members will be charged a $9.95 handling fee in addition to the actual postage. You MUST arrange for shipping within 24-hours of the end of the auction. It may take up to one week to package and ship items. SHIPPING FEES are billed electronically. Charges not paid within 48-hours of the online billing will be returned to Montgomery County Coin Club. After February 13, 2021, UNCLAIMED auction items will be returned to Montgomery County Coin Club. Further arrangements must be made with the MCCC Auction Chairman. REGISTRATION: Before you bid, users must register online. To help verify your identity, you must register? using a valid credit or debit card. Validation requires requesting a $1 HOLD on funds of the credit or debit card. It is not a charge. The hold will eventually expire. PAYMENT: At the end of the auction, we will charge the credit or debit card you used to register for the auction. Please ensure your credit or debit card information is up to date and has enough space for the charge. DECLINED CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS WILL INCUR A $10 SERVICE CHARGE. SALES TAX: Maryland law requires all purchases to include the state's 6-percent sales tax. You must enter the information when you register if you are a reseller or are registering on behalf of a tax-exempt organization. Please send a copy of your valid Sales & Use Tax License or Sales & Use Tax Exemption to info@marylandestatetreasures.com. We are required to maintain this information by law and will not make any exceptions. Maryland law requires sales taxes to be collected on all purchases less than $200 regardless of reseller status. BUYER'S PREMIUM: The Montgomery County Coin Club has requested that this auction be held with no Buyer's Premium. TERMS: This is a SOFT CLOSE auction. Bids received in the last 30 seconds before the auction closes will extend the bidding for another 30 seconds. Bidding will continue until at least 30 seconds passes after the final bid. All items are AS-IS, WHERE IS. The Montgomery County Coin Club and Maryland Estate Treasures, Inc. makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, with regards to a lot's condition, value, age, maker, authenticity, etc. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
